29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)     a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold Left Back Corner: Employee engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked was exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 12 feet in height, on or about 9/5/15.   Z&B Restoration LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020571, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/6/15, with respect to a workplace located at Oxford Place, Cresskill, NJ.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.   a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold Left Back Corner: Employee without any means of fall protection, engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold platform, was exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 12 feet, on or about 9/5/15.  Z&B Restoration LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020571, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/6/15, with respect to a workplace located at Oxford Place, Cresskill, NJ.17 North, Paramus NJ and number 930349 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/13, with respect to a workplace located at 658 Rt. 17 North, Paramus NJ
