(a) Date of Violation: 09-04-15,Location: Building#2043 Barnett Ave. Quantico Marine Corps Base; Quantico, VA 22134: An employee was not protected from a fall from heights of 13.5 feet while cutting, separating, disassembling and altering a Modspace trailer roof to prepare for transport.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment (temporary extension cord sets) were not used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) On or about 09-01-15,and times prior thereto, at location: Building#2043 Barnett Ave. Quantico Marine Corps Base; Quantico, VA 22134: Employee(s) were exposed to electrical hazards by using three (3)100 foot temporary electrical cordsets plugged into one another, coming from a portable truck mounted generator to power a 6 Gallon, 150 PSI Porter-Cable Air Compressor; Model #C2002, Type 9, Serial #2068165872 to power a pneumatic air nailer.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
