29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used.  On or about September 08, 2015, product service associates were exposed to chemical hazards where the employer provided and required the use of "The Valspar Corporation" 55018 Spray Gray aerosol spray paint for the purpose of painting rack components during store resets but did not provide training in work practices, such as appropriate paint application methods, to minimize exposure to chemical hazards.
