29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1): Each exit discharge did not lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside:  (a) On or about 09/11/2015 - Warehouse, the south side exit did not lead to a clear walkway due to an overgrowth of vegetation and a fence that prohibited access to a refuge area.   (b)  On or about 09/11/2015 - Warehouse, the north side exit towards the loading dock does not lead to a clear walkway due to an abundance of pallets blocking the way of travel.
