Condition observed on or about 9/11/2015.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries.   1 Industrial Rd., Ste. 102, Dayton, NJ:  Employees working in but not limited to the Warehouse Area; were exposed to obstruction hazards as the Portable Fire Extinguisher was obstructed by a trash can and a stationary stand.    Condition observed on or about 9/11/2015.
