OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:     a) At the jobsite, on or about September 10, 2015, employees were installing pre-engineered 61-foot 6-inch wooden roof trusses for the Looper Building and were exposed to being struck-by and crush-by the roof trusses and metal stud walls due to:    1. The metal stud walls were anchored to the concrete slab with ¾-inch long fasteners.  2. The metal stud walls were braced with light gauge metal studs and attached to the concrete slab with ¾ inch long fasteners.  3. The wood roof trusses were not adequately braced.
