29 CFR 1926.1101(i)(4)(i): The "competent person" did not examine worksuits worn by employees at least once per work shift for rips or tears that may occur during the performance of work.    (a) Work site was located at Flex Spaces at Kearny Point, 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ.    An employee was identified wearing a fully body suit with the sleeves removed while performing work on asbestos siding.    Violation was observed on or about 9/2/2015.

Violation was observed on or about 9/2/2015.
