29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:   (a) Kaufman & Shmuely DDS PC d.b.a. 286 Madison Dental - Facility wide employees have a reasonably anticipated occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious material as a result of their duties as dental hygienist or dental assistant. The employer did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan. The condition was noted on or about 09/15/15.     NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER  IS REQUIRED TSUBMIT ABATEMENT  DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
