29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  337 South Riverside Dr., Shark River Hills, NJ:  On or about 9/15/2015, two employees of Joseph M Pfieffer LLC were walking the second story interior wall top plates while conducting framing activities. The workers were not using fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards.
