29 CFR 1926.303(d): All abrasive wheels and tools used by employees did not meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, specifically Section 7, Speeds: (a) Location - 1400 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA: On or about 9/11/15, employees were using a Bosch grinder with an abrasive wheel not suitable for the tool.
