29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to protect the employees from fall hazards associated with using an aerial lift as means of reaching elevated work surfaces without wearing a fall arrest harness and securing with a lanyard. The most recent occurrence of this was found on the job site located at 3110 Wilderness Blvd in Lincoln, NE where the employer has three unprotected employees working out of two separate aerial lifts on opposite sides of an apartment building without wearing a fall arrest harness and securing it to the lift.
