29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with roofing a new residential home construction without using any forms of fall protection.  The most recent occurrence of this took place at the new home being built at 1801 Redstone St. Lincoln, NE where the employer had six employees roofing this new residential home where the ground to eave is greater than 6 feet without the use of any form of fall protection.

The most recent occurrence of this took place at the new home being built at 1801 Redstone St. Lincoln, NE where the employer had six employees roofing this new residential home where the ground to eave is greater than 6 feet without the use of any form of fall protection.

The most recent occurrence of this took place at the new home being built at 1801 Redstone St. Lincoln, NE where the employer had six employees using a 24 foot long fiberglass extension ladder as means of access and egress for the roof on this new residential home.  The ladder failed to extend at least three feet over the edge of the upper landing surface.

The most recent occurrence of this took place at the new home being built at 1801 Redstone St. Lincoln, NE where the employer had six inadequately trained employees using a 24 foot long fiberglass extension ladder as means of access and egress for the roof on this new residential home.  The ladder failed to extend at least three feet over the edge of the upper landing surface.
