29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye injury from physical agents.     (a) Home Depot Parking Lot, Robbinsville, NJ:  On or about 9/17/2015, two employees of Paving Associates were cutting blacktop using a Stihl cut off saw.  The operator was not wearing eye protection and was thus exposed to potential injury.
