No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) Student Enrichment Center, 330 College Ave, Harrisburg, Pa- On the Southern side of the construction site, two blue plastic 55 gallon drums filled with an unknown chemical had no labels and had no markings with an appropriate hazard warning potentially exposing employees to a chemical illness or injury on or about September 16, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
