29 CFR 1910.176(e): Clearance signs to warn of clearance limits were not provided:    On or about September 18, 2015, Pulp and Paper Mill, a sign was not posted to inform employees of the safe clearance height for the canopy structure in front of Warehouse #5.  This condition exposed excess height railcars traveling through the canopy to structure collapse and employees to struck-by hazards.
