29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  a.  On or about September 21, 2015,  in the office adjacent to the shop,  the level surface above the offices was used to store skids of materials.   The load approved by the building official was not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place adjacent to the office.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the new labels received on shipped containers and the new workplace labeling system used by their employer; the new safety data sheet format, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a.  On or about September 21, 2015, the employer did not train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. Employees utilize chemicals during exhibit construction and modifications.
