29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Employee(s) were replacing weather-proofing on the sloped residential roof at 220 William St., Scotch Plains NJ 07076; without any means of protection against falls of between 7 and 16 feet.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 8/20/2015.    b) Employee(s) replaced sheathing on the roof eave on the north end of 220 William St in Scotch Plains NJ 07076, as well as weather-proofing on the back slope of main roof peak of the same single-family house, where no fall protection means was used to protect worker(s) from falling heights between 7 and 16 feet.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 8/22/2015.    NOTE: DGV General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315438903, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Madison NJ.
