29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section.  Service Bay, 271 Turnpike road, Westborough, MA: On or about September 29, 2015 employees were observed using containers of hazardous materials in the workplace which were not labeled, tagged or marked to indicate the chemicals they contained.  (a) Recon Bay, unlabeled spray bottles of cleaning chemicals, (commercial grade). (b) Service Bay,  unlabeled Dixie cup, oily substance. (c) Service Bay, unlabeled Gatorade bottle, unknown oily substance.
