29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [44 FR 8577, Feb. 9, 1979; 44 FR 20940, Apr. 6, 1979, as amended at 49 FR 18295, Apr. 30, 1984; 58 FR 35084, June 30, 1993; 61 FR 5507, Feb. 13, 1996; 63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]  a. On the sixth bunk of the scaffold where employees were working with masonry grout that contained Portland Cement, no facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided, thereby exposing the employees to a contact hazard.   b. At the mixing station where employees were mixing masonry grout that contained Portland Cement, inadequate facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided, thereby exposing the employees to a contact hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold shall be protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity).  a. On the sixth buck of the tubular frame scaffold where employees were laying block to the combined elevator/stairwell tower, the employees were not protected from falls by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system, thereby exposing the employees to a 40 foot fall hazard.
