29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:  Worksite located at 14613 N May. Oklahoma City, OK 73013. On or about October 05, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that an employee engaged in steel erection activity that was on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level, was in use of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 15 feet.    Allied Steel Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984839, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1800 Renaissance Blvd, Edmond, OK 73013.
