29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:  (a) Warehouse - Storage of material created a hazard in that employees could not reach products stored at the rear of shelving, located about five feet above the floor, on the metal industrial storage racks, so employees stood on the batteries or power units of Crown walkie/rider pallet trucks in order to reach these stored materials, exposing employees to the hazard of falling to a lower level, on or about October 7, 2016.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
