29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a.  Employees performing roofing work on surface with unprotected sides or edges 6 feet or more above ground are not protected from 16ft-10in hazards by a fall protection system.  This violation was most recently observed on or about October 7, 2015, at a job site located at 1101 Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, Florida.  Koehler Installation, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314022609, citation 01, item 1, issued on March 18, 2010, with respect to a workplace at 116 Washington, Pratt, KS, 67124.  The final order date was April 12, 2010.
