29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device shall be used to keep cylinders from being knocked over while in use. Employees were installing a new piping system for a glass furnace on the DBX line at the Fuyao Glass facility. Employees were utilizing gas torches and were exposed to potential explosion and struck-by hazards in that the gas cylinders were not secured.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage shall be separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. Bestwater Corp employees were engaged in commercial construction activities installing a new piping system for a glass furnace on the DBX line located in the center area of the Fuyao Glass facility. Workers were utilizing acetylene and oxygen torches and were exposed to potential explosion hazards in that the acetylene and oxygen cylinders were not separated by a noncombustible barrier.
