29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program:        The Smile Express/ NJ site: Employees that have reasonably anticipated skin, eye, mucous membrane or parenteral contact with blood did not annually receive training that incorporates a copy of the OSHA standard on bloodborne Pathogens and explanation of the workplace exposure control plan, modes of transmission of bloodborne pathogens, methods established for preventing or reducing exposure, and procedures for reporting an exposure incident.
