29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) On or about October 8, 2015, and at times prior, Suss Superstore, did not ensure that compressed air used for cleaning purposes was reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.. Compressed air nozzles in the shop were observed with a tip that allowed air pressure in excess of 124 p.s.i., exposing employees to air injection hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a) On or about October 8, 2015, and at times prior, Suss Superstore, did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked. Employees in the quick lube shop were exposed to chemical hazards, in that: 1- A 10-gallon container with chemical degreaser was not labeled. 2- Several 1-liter spray bottles containing acid cleaner and degreaser solutions were not labeled. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
