29 CFR 1926.850(g): Wall openings in a structure being demolished were not protected to a height of 42 inches:  At the job site, 14 E. First Street, Fort Scott Kansas, employees engaged in demolition work, removing exterior perimeter walls and working near the exterior wall areas were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 and 60 feet in that no fall protection system was in place or in use to protect employees from falling.  William Katlin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.850(g), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3155377126, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/17/11, with respect to a workplace located at 4608 St. John Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64123.
