29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a) Longhorn parking lot located at 6390 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328: Employee was exposed to ejection/fall hazards while performing maintenance activities to an electric sign at heights of approximately 19-feet from the lower level inside an Elliott L60 Truck-Mounted Aerial Work Platform without a personal fall arrest system attached to the basket.
