29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): When the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge:   a.  6665 Jimmy Carter Blvd. Norcross, GA (Throughout Shop) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. There were several , marked, and identified emergency exit discharge located throughout the facility which were hidden by large storage racks and materials, etc.  There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 10/14/15.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:   a.  6665 Jimmy Carter Blvd. Norcross, GA (Shop Read Wall) - Employees were exposed to fire hazard.  Several mounted and labeled fire extinguishers throughout the shop were not readily available, because they were blocked with heavy pallets stacked with several rolled up area rugs. The pallets blocking the fire extinguishers can only be moved with a forklift,  making the portable fire extinguishers difficult to access, in the event of an emergency, on or about 10/14/15.
