29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:                           Jobsite located at 20915 William Street, Omaha, NE 68130:  The employer is failing to ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities are protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet above lower levels. On or about October 16, 2015; employees of K.R. Contracting, Inc. were observed performing siding/ trim metal installation without conventional fall protection while exposed to fall distances of approximately 12.9 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:      Jobsite located at 20915 William Street, Omaha, NE 68130:  The employer is failing to provide a training program to ensure that employees are able to recognize and minimize hazards when exposed to falls greater than 6 feet. On or about October 16, 2015, employees of K.R. Contracting were observed exposed to fall heights of approximately 12.9 feet without protective measures such as but not limited to guardrails, safety nets and or personal fall protection systems.
