29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On or about October 14, 2015 at the jobsite located at 1725 Perennial Lane East, the employer allowed an employee to utilize a circular saw to cut wooden supports for the wooden concrete frame. The employee cutting the wooden supports was not wearing personal protective equipment for his eyes.
