29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:       (a)Alpine Roofing Co at 1425 Mariposa St., Denver, CO: On and before October 20th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected from falling, in that, an employee engaged in roofing installation on a 7 in 12 pitch roof was working without fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 50 feet.
