29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) On or about 10/21/15, at 22 Poplar Garden Lane, located in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed to electrical hazards (electrical shock or thermal burns), when installing roof membranes, shingles and flashing in close proximity of an electrical mast located at the roof edge. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees were working 14 feet above ground level on a roof with a pitch/slope greater than 4 in 12. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
