29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 4331 Bryson Court, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in masonry work on a tubular welded scaffold platform which was not fully planked. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 12-feet, 1-inch to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 4331 Bryson Court, Powder Springs, GA 30127: The employer failed to inspect all of the electrical cords prior to the start of the work shift. A 50 ft. flexible cord used to power a Makita (Model 5007F) 7-1/4-inch Circular Saw had a torn outer casing, missing strain relief, and a missing ground pin and was not removed from service.
