29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:       a. 30537 Hwy. 441 & I-85, Commerce, GA (Motel) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals on the jobsite. The cleaning supplies material includes, but is not limited to, zep concentrated glass cleaner, zep ceramic tile cleaner and zep odor counteractant on which employees are utilizing on a daily basis while cleaning the motel rooms, on or about 10/21/15.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:        a. 30537 Hwy. 441 & I-85, Commerce, GA (Motel) - Employees were exposed to chemical hazard. Employees were not provided with training and information on the types of hazardous chemicals used in the work place such as, but not limited to, zep odor counteractant, zep ceramic & tile cleaner and zep glass cleaner which employees used on a daily basis while cleaning the rooms of the motel, on or about 10/21/15.
