29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. The Village at Castleberry Subdivision, Unit #5, Castleberry Village Circle, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employee were working and walking on the wall top plates while in the process of nailing down plywood framing materials approximately ten to twelve feet above ground level, without utilizing any type of fall protection, on or about 10/22/15.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a. The Village at Castleberry Subdivision, Unit #5, Castleberry Village Circle, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were climbing the cross bracing of the frames to access the top plate/work level. The employees were not utilizing the ladders which were stored on top of the work truck, on or about 10/22/15.
