29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million (ppm):    a) Center Court at Morristown, 65 Columbia Rd. Morristown, NJ    Three subcontractor employees who were cleaning the Men's locker room were exposed to carbon monoxide (CO) during a 30 minute occupational exposure.  One employee had a mean calculated exposure of 1668.3 parts per million (ppm) CO (SAE= 0.143).  The present carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) in the employee's blood reached a calculated peak level of 38.9%.  Atmospheric pressure, height, weight, activity level, tobacco smoking behavior and other factors were taken into account.  The 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) exposure was 104.3ppm CO (SAE 0.141) which is 2.09 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ppm CO.      Conditions occurred on or about 10/15/2015.
