29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): "Roofing work on Low-slope roofs."  Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this section,   each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a  combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system  and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    a) On or about October 22, 2015 - at the jobsite addressed above - employees working on a flat roof performing roofing  activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately fifteen (15) feet, six (6) inches to ground level, due to the presence of unprotected sides/edges.     The Care Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent   standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049394,  citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6042 Lenzie Avenue, Hodgkins, IL. 60525.    The Care Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent   standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 531959,  citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7137 West 61st Street, Chicago, IL. 60638.
