29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    a)  Bale Break Operators Station Area - On or about October 23, 2015, employees, working the plastic sorting lines, were exposed to the fire and explosion hazard of having the High Voltage motor, electrical boxes, and electrical conduits used to power the plastic sorting conveyer system being coated in heavy accumulations of plastic, waste, and household dust, an explosion class ST 1 combustible dust, which was generated and settled on and around the equipment during the plastic sorting process.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
