29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) Tony's 1 Construction, at 6919 E. Girard Ave., Denver, CO 80224; On and before October 28, 2015, the exposing employer failed to provide his employees with adequate eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun. Condition exposed employees using the pneumatic nail gun to potential eye injury from use of the nail gun.

(a) Tony's 1 Construction, at 6919 E. Girard Ave., Denver, CO 80224; On and before October 28, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were protected from falls through adequate fall protective measures. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet.
