Employees were not provided head protection.

On or about 10/28/2015 employees at the Rocky Hill Congregational Church were exposed to eye hazards.  Employees were operating pneumatic nailers without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 10/28/2015 employees at the Rocky Hill Congregational Church were exposed to approximately 30' falls.  Employees were engaged in roofing activities without fall protection.
