29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    a)  Parking Lot at Prospect Street and Sheldon Street Job Site - On or about 7-11-15 - Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards from working on and around energized electrical systems.  Employee received an electrical shock when he cut into a electrical conduit pipe that contained an energized wiring system.
