29 CFR 1910.145(f)(8)(i): Biological hazard tags were not used to identify the actual or potential presence of a biological hazard and/or to identify equipment, containers, rooms, experimental animals, or combinations thereof, that contained or were contaminated with hazardous biological agents:    a) Laboratory area, on or about 10/22/15: Tags or signs were not placed on doors to bathroom to warn staff and contracted housekeepers of the presence of a biohazard including, but not limited to Clostridium Difficile (C.Diff).     b) Laboratory area, on or about 10/22/15: Warning tags were not placed on waste bags from bathroom containing items contaminated with C. Diff to warn contracted housekeepers of the presence of a biohazard.      Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
