29 CFR 1926.51(a)(1): The employer did not provide an adequate supply of potable water, in all places of employment.    (a) Jobsite located on Crumbly Road in Laurel, MS - On or about August 26, 2015, temporary employees were required to perform outdoor work activities and the employer did not provide an adequate supply of potable water to prevent heat related illnesses.  In the Alternative:  29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, or personal service rooms:   (a) Jobsite located on Crumbly Road in Laurel, MS - On or about August 26, 2015, temporary employees were required to perform outdoor work activities and the employer did not provide an adequate supply of potable water to prevent heat related illnesses.
