29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person are exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      a) Production area, 591 Simpson Howell Road, On or about October 21, 2015 - Employees poured, transferred and diluted Klenztone, a corrosive solvent which contained phosphoric acid while handling drums and secondary containers.    The employer did not have an eye or body wash capable of providing 15-minutes of continuous flush in the production area.
