29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Desimone Auto Group, 518 N 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not establish and implement the elements of a written program to ensure employees required to wear half face elastomeric respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M5300 respirator with organic vapor cartridge and prefilter, etc. were medically able to use the respirator and the respirator was cleaned, stored and maintained so its use did not present a health hazard. Condition noted on or about November 5, 2016.

Observed on or about November 5, 2015.
