29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed.  Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  a) Back of warehouse - The employer does not maintain that exit routes are free from obstructions thus exposing the employees to hazards associated with emergency escape, such as fire, trip, fall, struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. This condition was observed on or about October 26, 2015.  The Design Decorators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 946676, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3076 Jasper St, Philadelphia, PA.

This condition was observed on or about October 26, 2015.
