29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about 11/3/15 at a new house construction project located at 30 Magrum Drive, Lancaster, New York;  an employee installing siding on the building of was using an articulating boom lift to access work areas. The employee in the lift did not have a harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
