(c) On or about 11/4/15 - Lamination area, the container of catalyst used on the Graco FRP system was not labeled as to hazard or content.  (d) On or about 11/4/15 - Mold preparation area, secondary containers of mold release and mold stripper were not labeled to identify the hazard of the materials.
