Employees elevated in the aerial lift were not protected from falls by attachment of a lanyard to the boom basket.   Violation observed on or about November 9, 2015  b. 201 Edgewater Street, Staten Island, NY - Sandy Hook Pilots Association Site  Employees engaged in commercial framing and sheathing activities used a Genie, Model S-60, Aerial Lift to transport employees to the roof.
