OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards:    a)  25 Downing Drive, Phenix City AL - Warehouse; On or about November 3, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around steel storage racks that had damaged columns and support braces.         The Memory Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 5(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315760165, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 25 Downing Drive, Phenix City AL.
